what to do and not to don in scriptlance?

hello friends i am a member of scriptlance and my account in that site has been suspended being a bid per hour in a non featured area.but i could not understand this properly.can anyone of you help me to get rid of this problem.due to this problem i cannot do any work there.So please help me
