behind "i'm okay"

True..only certain people understand and be close to our heart and they will know us well even if we dont express.

"I'm ok" really means "I am not alright".as much as possible I do tell people how I really feel,rather than hide my true feelings or pretend everything is ok when it's not.I think it is much better if we do tell someone how we really feel rather than reply "I'm ok".that way,we can get the response we really want and need.

Boy that is for sure. Seldom do you find some one who cares enough to know what you really are feeling.

when im not ok i just say im not okay.

When I say 'I'm okay, it really means I'm not. Haha... This is true specially in a fight or an argument.

that is so true...my family always looked at me as someone tough. but i really want that one will just hug me when i'm being tough.
