What are your feelings about the oil spill on the Gulf Coast? I think it is a shame and disgrace for the good people who work and live there. I am a "Sea Food Lover", and it tares me up inside to think about the Gulf Coast Fish, Shrimp, and especially, the wonderful Oysters, being killed by oil. I can only hope and pray that it is cleaned up before all is lost!

Purdy52,
This oil spill disaster in the Gulf breaks my heart. All of the natural habitats that have been lost and will be soon be destroyed by this disaster was not and never will be needed. I hope that BP is made to pay for the loss of all who have suffered at their need to drill for oil and the danger that it has created to others and their livelihoods; however there is no way to replace the natural habitats that have already been destroyed much less the ocean (so contaminated now by oil) or the life that once thrived there . I pray that only a recollection of once was will not be recalled as dramatically by our children. May God bless all those whom have hurt from Hurricane Katrina and now this oil disaster!

I think BP wated to long to fix the problem and don't care what damage the oil has and will do! Thats to BP being **sholes million of sea life is dieing or will die because of the oil! Not just that but also birds are being effected! This oil spill is hurting fishermen livelyhood! The oil is now hitting beaches like in Florida! Tourism will be hurt badly thanks to BP being lazy! I am sure in the future sea food will go up because of the oil slick! I also feel sad because it will take years to clean the oil up and before everything is back to normal! None of this would even be happening if BP would of not avoided the problems with the with the oil rig in the first place! It is very sad and fustrating.
