How to AVOID BEING LAZY????????

ohh GoSH.. i Always sleep a lot... and i dont wanna get out of the bed 1`hr before my work.... lol... im so lazy i wanna change it but i dont know how..

Do you stay alone in the house ? if No then its very easy tell any member of your house who wakes up early to splash a cup of water on you every morning for a few days.. then you will wake up early with the fear of getting wet. Another idea drink alot of water before going to sleep so you will be forced to wake up early to go to the toilet .. do try and reply back..

God thats the problem i usually drink a lot of water and i cant really sleep at night the reason why i have to wake up late.... and to splash me a cup of water lol...nice tip but no way...lol I might beat somebody who will do that to me...hahaha.. and i think everybody is afraid of me in the house..lol anyway thanks though:)

ok so your problem starts with water then good you are aware of your problem .. now what you have to do is drink less water before going to sleep and sleep in the night properly..water splashing can be avoided..

I must admit, I am not a morning person at all, and I find it hard to get out of bed... especially in the winter months when it is so dark outside, and getting out of my lovely warm bed, into the cold, does not appeal to me at all. The summer months are so much better because the sun makes me want to get up and enjoy it. I at the moment do not have the option of struggling to get out of bed, as I have a 15 month old, who likes to get up quite early, although this week, instead of getting me up at 6.30am he has let me sleep through till 7.30am, which has been nice... but next week my eldest son goes back to school and so i will have to be up by 7.00am at the latest, but I always set my alarm for 6.30, just so I can have my 30 minute waking up time. The way that I have found getting up easier, is by using my ipod alarm clock, when I set this alarm clock, it plays my favourite music from my ipod as my alarm call, which I have to say is a lot better than that awful beeping noise that I used to have with my old alarm clock, at least with listening to music that I like sounds a lot better than that crazy beeping, and whats more you don't feel the need to turn it off thinking that you will just have another 10 minutes lol, as that to me was dangerous and had caused me to overlay for work or school runs, I have learnt my lesson with that one, being late is not good, i hate rushing around.

wow nice tip.... but i dont know if i will want to wake up while hearing my favorite music...but i never give it a try so maybe tomorrow..lol..thanks

well change your schedule and start doing things stop making excuses that keep you from doing things and help you get away with not doing thing as they should be.

I am sure you sleep late at night or do some work till late night, may be watching tv, do you live alone? first of all make up your mind for 'not being lazy' any more; sleep early, eat light food, hope this helps... Thanks for sharing. Welcome always. Cheers. Prof

Go to malls , hang with friends and chat with them .. I think sharing thoughts with each other makes you busy .. and with that you also makes your self happy ..
