Are Americans wasteful people? It seems to me that we as Americans have forgotten our past time. We forget what it is like to be without something. We take a lot for granted like water. How many times have you just left water running? Kitchen Sink? Shower water? Flushing toilets for no reason. Why have we gotten so wasteful?

We've become so wasteful because we've taken our prosperity as a nation for granted and have allowed ourselves to become spoiled by it. Not only are we wasting such vital resources as food and water but more importantly we are wasting our freedoms as well.

sometimes we are, especially kids, they don't really know better and yet some kids are smarter than we are about it. Food wasting is another things. Some people throw away good food when they could give it to a college student next door or a homeless person.

We just don't care anymore. It is a very selfish existence only concerned for the moment and ourselves! We have to begin to take more concerned in every area. We waste a lot of things a lot of the time!
