Can i use my paypal account without any credit card connected?

yes,can i use my paypal account on buying items online without connecting any credit card or bank account to it?

To start using your paypal account, you must first verify it. And for that you have to link you paypal account to your bank account or your credit card. Then only you can transfer your money from paypal to your account

ok. Then you have to link your bank account/credit card to your paypal account. You can do that by logging into your paypal account.

no need to link your credit card or bank account. you can make online shopping from websites like ebay without connecting it with credit card and banks. you may be a verified or non verified user, it does'nt matter for online shopping. so dont worry go ahead.

For me The hardest part is to accumulate money in my paypal account not to link it with a card!!! I dont use credit card because its to expensive for me. I verified my debit cart Visa Electron and everything is all right for now.

Yes you can use it to receive funds only. you can't use it to send money out so it is better to link a card so that your account won't be limited.
