questions about kaspersky anti virus

Anyone can help me how can I resolve my problem about my kaspersky antivirus every time I update it did not update because it say it cannot update the file.

maybe the firewall is blocking internet access.try unblocking the antivirus from the firewall.need more details ,what OS you use!!if vista the UAC might be blocking the antivirus.
