Nux.cc legit or not?

Hi everyone! Anyone heard of nux.cc? It's a new site, I have no idea whether it's a legit one or not, PTC-investigation doesn't have reviews for it. Any ideas? Thanks for your opinion! Have a nice day!

It is on a free domain...that alone is reason enough to take a pass on this one.
