Some people are very two-faced!

Hi Blue, I know way too many people like that. I really think that they just like the drama they create by talking bad about people more than that they actually dislike these people. not sure. I know that when I don't like someone, I will be civil to them...friendly even if in a situation where we have to work together. I just don't go out of my way to be around them when I don't have to. And I definitly don't like talking about them or even thinking about them when I don't have to. When someone comes to me with workplace gossip, it just makes me uncomfortable. I don't want to be a part of it at all.

yep, but as a matter of fact almost all are 2 faced. Its just that some are over the top. Since we all gossip (except for a very very few of us) it by default makes us two-faced.

I know alot of very two faced people aswell and i now do not see half of them as i do not drink in the pub that they go to as i am stuck indoors.Its when you find out that they have been stabbing you in the back aswell as a few other people that are your so called friends that are also two faced that you try to avoid them.

This is just a dog-eat-dog society,this is very nature,We call this survival technic a man should pick up during growing up,a lot of man are like that too,not only woman,I encounted a lot of people like that,in this world,no one like to be together with a two-faced guy,but acutally,most of the people are just two-faced guys even Lincoln,he dislike black people but he hide that very well

We are living in a DOG-EAT-DOG society nowadays, and many of us live like this. But I remained standing on neutral ground, I listen at one side & the other side not siding at anyone. If I need to choose to side one then I have to weigh very carefully for me to really choose the right one. I tend not to be biased at most time. When someone complains about the other I don't give comments, I just listen.

I agree that there are lots of people who are very two-faced but I don't think that you should generalize women as per my experiences there are so many men who are also very two-faced specially if they just wanted to flirt with girls.

This is all too common in the workplace I think. There are people who play these little political games, to try and advance themselves. I know people who will try and be your friend, but turn around and downgrade you in front of the boss behind your back. This is very common, all too common. The business world can be a very cutthroat place granted, but there are times where it is taken a couple of steps too far. Sadly, two faced people are people that we encounter each and every day. I doubt it is going to stop for any reason. It is a shame for sure. I wish less people are doing it but it is getting more common. I guess the motto these days is, you scratch my back, then I'll stab yours. It is very frustrating and it can really make it extremely hard to trust people. And perhaps even gain the trust of people who have been burned time and time again by others.

Yeah, I know people who are like that, and I know them at work too! There are two friends and they call each other "bes" as in,"bestfriends" in FB, hang out together, eat together and everything that bestfriends do, but there was a time I overheared this other girl telling something bad about her "bestfriend" to another co-worker of ours. I say I was shocked after what she had done, not shocked by the news that she has told. I thought she is a friend, but I was wrong. I felt pity for the other girl who still thinks they are bestfriends.

Yes - UR right only because such type of people soft hear ted persons face lot of problems in life.Because they do not have the guts to say daringly. In many sections of people such category are available and we have to be very careful in our movements.
