What would you do if

I thought my friend was just a pathological liar, but know I think he is a sociopath because he fits some of the characteristics of a sociopath. In this case I have grown more fear. If you were on my shoes what would you do?

If I knew my friend was like that, then I wouldn't be their friend. I would also contact someone to at least watch over them, to make sure that they did not cause harm to themselves or anyone around them. It isn't just you who is threatened by that friend, but anyone around. It's best to just walk away.
