As a young woman, like other women, beauty is almost they all look forward to, and so do I. My height is 163 centimeters and my weight is 46 kilograms. These data of me is normal, but I must keep diet from time to time to keep my weight . Because if I eat more, I will be easily getting fat.Food is one of my favorite thing,so I must always restrain my desire of eating.Sometimes if I eat a bit more, I will feel guilty.....My question is : how do you mylotters keep the balance of these two both attractive thing? Which one do you pay more attenttion to? I will be glad if you want to share your feeling with me!

We have the same height and weight. But I have never kept on diet because I think 46 kgs is still thin. I prefer to pull on more weight. I don't think too think looks good. If possible, I wish I could have 50 kgs and this will be normal. The problem is I hardly pull on weights.
I love China

"Nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels"- that was pretty much my high school, when I struggled with eating disorders.
For the past few years I have struggled to find a balance between actually eating and not feeling bad about it, as well as balancing out excericise and rebooting my metabolism.

The best way of keeping a check on your weight is to eat wisely and exercise well. I feel you should never curtail food. One must eat a balanced diet and also work it out. I believe in eating on demand and also doing a lot of work. I do all the house work and gardening, besides go for walks - this helps in keeping my weight in check. In your case being young , you just should not worry too much about weight...

you don't have to starve yourself to keep a good shape. you can still eat the foods you enjoy but remember not to eat too much. try oatmeal diet. what i did before is that even i ate my favorite foods, i would still eat oatmeal at night. you can also eat almonds and cashew nuts cause they make you feel full. as a result, you will not be tempted to munch snacks and other junk foods in between meals.
