why there are other people that is always complaining always upset east to utter offensive words..these people are easy to get mad it seems that they are the only one you need to understand them ,they cannot understand you

Listen dear, Like all the fingers in our hand are not of same length, people are also different. Different people have different views about other people. One thing you can do to handle such people is to listen them carefully without arguing. Then after the other person is done, talk with him/her. If you argue with them, the matter gonna worsen.
