i love popcorn. it's a nice source of fiber for me when my daily meals aren't in order. but lately i've been resorting to too much popcorn. well, it's easy to make, and fills the tummy. i like popping my own corn. none of that instant microwave stuff for me..
and don't get me wrong, i still do have a hearty breakfast in the morning, just that i've been taking my popcorn a bit too seriously lately..
how would you wean yourself off popcorn? or how would you help me stop my popcorn cravings?
helpp..i'm a popcorn-a-holic

relax friend..you onlyneed to understand abotu food nutrients and what are their functions in our body or how much our body need nutrients. Know what nutrients are including some terms that medical scientists, food scientists or nutritionists called antioxidants, free radicals, atherosclerosis, dementia, gastritis, anorexia, anaemia, to cite only a few of the numerous terms...try other foods. get interested in your girlfriend's/boyfriend's diet.I think popcorn is perfectly a good food esp if you take it with milk or chocolate.

Is it even possible to take popcorn too seriously?! I know a sure-fire way to get you to eat less popcorn ... you have to share it all with me!

no. i just hid all the potatoes and everything that reminds me of potatoes.. now i can't find any potatoes around the house
but popcorn is so much easier to make...i still want. i want, i want, i want, i want.. maybe you need to pry the metal pot i use away from my tightly interlocked fingers and lock up my stock of corn kernels...
wow, talk about an intervention! hehe...

Well, you could get of the pop corn and go onto Dr. Pepper. Not so sure if that is a good idea, it might even be a worse addiction. I need me at least 5 Dr's in a day to get me through, haha.

I love popcorn.while I think there's nothing wrong with being addicted to popcorn.it is still important to choose the healthy kind.choose air-popped rather than buttered popcorn.popcorn is a good snack, though.it is a good alternative to chips.
