Neither of them. I am going to create the most awesome social network site by combining the two. It will be called, "facespace".

I have an account at both FB and MS but I have to say I really haven't figured either one out to much, to me there are many more things to do then to go visit someones page and leave a quick hello, or have the past opened up. I have an old friend that has found me, and I hate to say it but she did something years ago that I can never forgive her for, it opens up way to much stuff, having people from the past show up and want to talk to you on the phone ect. Some people say you can make cash with FB but I haven't figured it out yet.

If you are talking best, as in terms of use and providing more options to connect with others. I would say Facebook.
It's currently ranked 2nd most visited site online according to Alexa, but Myspace is still in the top 25. So going with either by itself is not a bad idea.
Personally I think using both is a better option. Combine with Twitter and your possible reach online is vary well covered with only three sites.
None are overly complex atm to use, but they all def have different "feel" to them when connecting with others. So you may want to use all three sparingly, while focusing on one cause it's easier for you to use on a daily basis.
No matter what you choose, simple fact is if you are looking to do things online one of the three should be on your daily routine for online time.

Facebook was better,I did like facebook script. but due to lots of malicious viruses, spyware and malware,I left this site, because my computer is unprotected there, due to danger of steal of my paypal/alertpay a/c, and infection of files. Now using Myspace. Nothing wrong with myspace.

Many people have had this problem with facebook, I know my aunt almost lost her whole computer there, it cost her way over $300 to have the worm taken off, and to fix what it had messed up. This is one reason why I don't care for it there.
