I know that there have probably been quite a few posts about Gary Coleman lately, he had a lot of fans and I was one of them. But the thing that seems to bother me the most was that he was not in contact with his parents when he passed away. I know about the money and lawsuit issues, but these were his parents and for better or worse, they loved him.
No one hast to prove that to me. You don't have a child with that many illnesses and successfully help them live a pretty good life, without loving them. He said, they mismanaged his money, maybe they did the best they could. I am sure they gave up something to make sure he was happy and healthy enough to thrive.
Did you hear the cold 911 call from his ex-wife. It is a wonder she called at all. I guess she wanted to make sure nobody blamed her for his death. I think that even though he had more than enough time to make things right with his parents before, he should have been given that opportunity before they pulled the plug. His parents should have been notified, regardless.

In all honesty, we don't know what transpired between Gary and his adoptive parents. We've been given the small details and not everything that was said and done so we can't give a true opinion on the situation. All we can do is mourn the loss of a great person and pray for their souls, including his adoptive parents. The whole situation is really sad. It really is. I just hope the adoptive parents can come to some sort of peace especially now.
