How frustrated are you when getting your prescriptions refilled and you have to play the insurance game? When it comes to controlled substances, i understand why they rules are really strict. But really, obviously you are in a certain amount of pain, and you have an ongoing prescription. Who do you complain when they short you 20 pills? Try complaining Ha! Do you have to sit there and count them in front of the pharmacist? When you refill and they tell you oh your prescription is ready at such date and time, you go to pick it up and you can't get it till tomorrow? Oh the system messed up. The insurance said what difference is one day? Yeah exactly what difference is one day! Ugh! Walk a day in my shoes and TELL ME WHAT DIFFERENCE A DAY MAKES!
