ebay shopping (online shopping)

Is shopping from ebay is reliable? ebay is proving new item at low cost. Is this correct and will they devliver appropriate item or send used rather than new if i go for new item. Anybody have such experience. other some other good reliabel sites for online shopping?

E-Bay is generally a reliable organisation.
Naturally there will be some unreliable people on there as anywhere.
However you do have some come back through both E-Bay and Pay Pal if something does go wrong.
I personally have had no trouble buying things from E-Bay, delivery all depends on the seller, it is advisable to look at the sellers feedback and make sure thaty have not got too many negative comments.
I use E Bay and Amazon mainly for buying on line.
