How to put up a small travel agency?

I am fund of traveling around. In fact I'd been to a lot of places here in the Philippines. I am the one who plans a group trip. And when we're done, I share the itinerary I've created to some guys who will also go to some place I'd been. I find myself happy doing it. And one of my friend asked me to just put up a small business like a travel agency. I would love to. But I just don't know how to start.
Please help.

That can be a good business, I know. You can provide travel services for business travelers as well as tourists to different parts of the world. Travel is very international, so I would suggest that your company affiliate with similar agencies abroad in the countries of interest. There are people in the travel business you can search.
