I have a special liking towards chinese foods. The very smell, special application of spices, the cooking styles in chinese dishes makes me almost addictive. I dont know how do you like the chinese cooking. Which types of cooking you like most?

I really like to bake cakes and to cook viands that are so delicious and so yummy..I actually want to have a restaurant..

Hmmm Italian and Spanish foods are the easiest to make for me, I do like to make American foods, because they are just fun to play with, but my favorite food to cook are Filipino. They have so many different ingredients that you would never think to put together, but its so good. Phils really know how to cook from scratch, and make something that you've had before, but it tastes different, and way better than what you've had before.
