Getting rid of baby fats

I tend to hear a lot of dietary foods, medicines, and all but I'm not sure if it's effective. I just want to know some dietary tips that happens to help you loss weight. Diets that doesn't end you up in the hospital or wherever because there are some negative effects to it. Every tip is very much essential. Hope you can find some time to share your secrets to me. Thanks guys!

There is no lose weight fat method that works. There are some things you can take that will make you poop alot, and sweat to lose water weight, but water, and digested food aren't your problem. The only way to get rid of the fat is to workout. I left off the eat healthy part, because its b.s. Its not what you eat, its how much of it you eat. The weight of the food you put into your body is how much weight you will gain. Its not rocket science, but these so called weight loss experts can't seem to figure it out. Its probably not what you want to hear, but its the truth. Its going to take alot of hard work.

You don't need to go to a gym to workout, you can do it at your house. When you wake up, between doing things, before you go to bed. Just a little bit each day.

wanna know something about baby fat it is all natural so to get rid of it you have to do what all of us do well most of us do work out that is the only way to get rid of it with hard work and dedication i bet you will lose it i don't care if you over eat or not i over eat and i work out i am skinny like no joke work out that is the way

When I told my aunt that I wanted to do some workouts, she didn't agreed on me because she want me to hire a gym instructor so that I won't mistakenly make my own exercise or whatever. It's just that I think I really don't have time to go to the gym or maybe because I don't have anyone whom I can be with.

Small frequent diet, plus exercise.If you eat much per meal, the tendency there is the excess calories will be deposited, an that is now your fats. Then you have to exercise in order to burn your calories so that it won't accumulate in your body. By the way,I believe your heading in your discussion is wrong. If you're referring to the literal meaning of a baby fat, or brown fat, it is actually the fat that regulates that helps the baby warm, thus, making their metabolism faster. Before, it is said that it would disappear as we grow, but research have shown today that even if we're older right now, we do still have little amounts of baby fats. So don't you ever wish to get rid of your baby fats coz it helps you on burning your calories.

The only proven, healthy way to lose weight is diet and exercise. "Diet" doesn't necessarily mean anything extreme, like completely changing everything you eat. I've been losing weight steadily over the past month and all I'm doing is eating about 500 calories less than I did before and exercising 30 minutes a day. It's sooo simple and it works.

We got the same problem. I hate my baby fats especially in my tummy. It looks awful in tight clothes. I tried exercising, dieting, but to no avail. I always end up either stopping due to heavy work schedule or getting sick. I often get rushed to the hospital because of exercise and dieting. Now I am trying brands saying they can burn the fat without exercise.
