broken factory workers

Years of doing the varied tasks in factories to make the profit for corporations and the management can end your job for any reason. I was unable to win a case against unfair firing but an office worker got a year's wage for being fired one month later. Older workers have less security if they have no contacts within....buddy system is still alive in alot of job scenes. How can city workers be Union if there is no risk involved in the office job?

I know what you are saying. iwas on a job for 3yrs. substituting, with no benefits. no contract because i wasn't in the Union. so I quite.
