I've got to say Fabio Capello. He became England's coach in a terrible time for the team. They had just missed the Euro when McLaren was on charge and the nation was very dissapointed. But Capello transformed the team and made them favourite to win the World Cup. He said that was his goal and I think he is going to succed. There are several good coaches though, there is Vicente del Bosque as the first user said, Marcelo Bielsa from Chile, Parreira from South Africa, Sven-Goran Eriksson from Ivory Coast, etc...
Cheers!
