Does anyone out there ever had any experience with this website? It is supposed to pay for articles that have been approved, but it seems they are taking endless time to approve one then they are never getting the articles I send or they are just using them without a word.

They do sell articles, but the authors are supposed to get paid for writing them.
At least a few cents. They take that articles and you never hear from them about it. I have written several and they only have given me credit for one.
That is what I mean.
Thanks for your input. I do appreciate it.

@cutelang: Bawal Tagalog language dito, English lang.
@cricket10: How long have you been waiting for your articles to be published? How long have you been waiting for them to give you your deserved earnings? Just compare it with Bukisa, the longest I think is 5 to 7 days. In just a matter of 2 to 3 days, we already know if our write-ups are approved or disapproved, and so our earnings.

I haven't tried constant content, but from what I gather, your article needs to be approved first to be able to get the payment. This means every assignment is a bit risky because even if you've already finished an article, there's no guarantee that someone will buy it. Better to set up an account at Triond and Factoidz. If you're good enough, you can also apply to be a writer at BrightHub.

I do not like this site. Like you said, it takes forever to get an article approved and it is hard to get them approved as well, they will try to use any excuse not to approve articles. So I would not waste my time on this site, it looks good, but when you use it, it isn't as good as it looks.
Spend your time on other similar, yet better sites instead!
