Today to be able to boost your career and get promoted you have to do those dirty works and tricks to bring down other while you go up but my question is, do you really have to do it?? Well if you don`t do it you are stuck! i want your opinions! what would you do?

If you can live with the conscience that you brought someone down to rise up, you better think twice. Whatever it is, the law of the universe has a way to reward and punish. If you have done a lot and is not up, it is not your fault. The fault lies at the other end.

The real question is: Is boosting your career worth who it's going to turn you into???? If dirty tricks and works are the only way to get promoted, I'd rather not.Of course, there are others ways to do it.

I have never had to do anything "dirty", illegal, unethical or immoral in order to get ahead in my career. I never had to put anyone else down to make myself look better. I took tests to be promoted and scored very well on them. In interviews, I answered questions and conducted myself in an intelligent and professional manner. When I was working, I did my job extremely well, and my evaluations always stated that my work exceeded expectation. When I was supervising others, I never asked them to do a job that I could not or would not do, although if I thought that they could do a better job with something than I could then I willingly handed that job over to them. I did not need to be the best at everything, but I had excellent resources that I could use to get jobs done.

I wouldn't I hate those types of people. I will get my promotion when it's due. If i deserve it, I'll surely get it. I'm the type of person who works hard. I do everything as clean as possible. I don't resort to tricks, back stabbing or anything bad at all. I have my own ways of getting noticed and not at the expense of others
