Which one I should buy. The camera should be able to shoot hd video. Then I was thinking that would it be better to buy an hd camcorder because they are not too expensive nowadays.

Look, if you want to take photos get photocamera (superzoom), but if you are so attached to this hd video there is nothing to match videocameras directly for video clips.
You're aware that in most cases, when combined two or more different kinds of functions in one device, one is always at the expense of the other. I have a Canon SX10IS and am very pleased about photography, but I use a video camcorder. I hope you understand what I mean. Best Regards
