I was so blown away when I saw the wonders of the early internet. All I remember telling myself is that I don't have to go to the library anymore. Anything I ever wondered is right in front of me and available at the push of a few keys. It still amazes me actually. Definately the best invention of my lifetime.

I think my first impression was that this Internet thing was different to say the least. I was taught how to use the Internet in the sixth grade. I had heard about the Internet but I had most certainly never even had an opportunity to use it. Therefore, it was quite the surreal experience to say the least. An entirely new world of possibilities had been opened right at my finger tips.
I think it also struck me how much easier this was to use in books. You had to flip back and forth, and mark your places with paper, that could get lost within the reference books and then the process would start over here. Here, you could just hit the bookmark or favorites menu button and then you would be good to go. I think the Internet enriched my life. I don't think I can imagine life without it.

I first used the Internet as a child and was amazed and enthralled with it right from the start. Even though I've spent more of my life with the Internet than without it, I can still remember the "wow" feeling I got from connecting to cyberspace for the first time. We're very lucky to be part of this Internet generation!

I was at school when I used the internet for the first time. One of our teachers told us a bit about the internet and then we got the chance to try it. That was in 1997, but I still remember my first impression of the internet. I thought that it was very interesting, we were only allowed to surf for one hour, but I wanted to continue We learned how to read the news online and how to search for information, and I read the online version of a newspaper from my country. One of my friends and I helped eachother navigate around the site.

When I first got the chance to explore the internet I thought it was the best. I thought it was great for looking up things and getting directions as well as playing different games. I do agree with the internet its like everything you need is right in front of you and all you have to do is turn on your computer to get what you need without going anywhere.

To be honest, I cant actually remember time without the internet. I know it wasnt around to begin with in my life though it feels as though it has always been there.
