Don't go for the shortcut and download a paper off the internet. It's illegal and considered plagiarizing even if you pay for it. You will get a zero as a grade and it will go on your permanent record.
Surfing the web is a good idea. You can pretty much find anything on the internet. But there are also books. You can go to your local public library and pick out a book about Somalia.
The best way to write a research paper is to gather the information first. Then organize it into topics. Make sure all your topics are in paragraph form and relate to your main topic of your paper. Make sure to include an introduction and conclusion to. Good luck!

Well, for starters, make sure you have some very good research to present :-)
Or at least research, a very good paper can present decent research and still be a very good paper and better than a badly written paper with good research. It's also important that you have done the research yourself of course. References are important, I hate them myself because it often takes more time than writing the about the actual research. If you have experiments, you should be careful to list everything that you've used, the same for simulations etc as it's important to present the results so that they can be duplicated.
You'll find lot of other stuff online, but the main thing is to have research that you've done yourself :-) Good luck!

Lazy, it's easy! Just search MLA online (Modern Language Association), and they take you through it step-by-step.

It's worth searching the web for periodicals and journals as well. If you can cope with the level of language they often provide fabulous quotes.
Sadly to be flippent, i'd say the best thing to do is make sure you have done the research. take what you know and find the best quotes or key points and weave them together so that you can use as much of what you have researched as possible.
Original research often provides much better a diversity of information for your paper than reading online and taking common facts and quotations.
