What makes you happy? Why?

What makes me happy is when I get to do what I have passion for. I make jewelry and to browse through ebay looking for materials to buy, sitting with all my beads and chains and claspe and put them together with just a glimps of ideas in mind wondering what it would look like after I've finish is just fantastic feeling! Same goes with 'violin' and other musical instruments in general. I love music and would love to be able to play violin, piano and so forth. And ofcourse, being with my love ones. ;)

My family and people who loves me are what makes me happy and not things...because usually the things that makes us happy are not "THINGS" at all..most of the time they are "PEOPLE" making our life worth living.Nice post btw...

What makes me happy is the people that are around me, the people that I love. They are what makes me happy. They make things more enjoyable. Then there is also life itself. Being able to be alive makes me happy and helps me enjoy things more. These are the two things that really do make me happy.

Knowing that my family are alive and well, fulfilling all my goals in life, meeting new friends every day, simple things but these are what make me happy.

i also help others and who are in needy so that i can make myself happy by serving them and that gives me satisfaction and both the donor and the receptor gets benefited by this. So always help others to be happy

i never base my happiness on anything outside of me, but rather i base it on my own aspirations of life. i feel, all that i need i have with my body. if i was naked and dirty with no food on a stranded island, i would still have my body and its contents...for the most part. if one bases their happiness on anything outside of them, then sure they will be glad when they have that thing...but they will be lost when they dont have it! we come into the world with nothing but our bodies, but when we leave the world...even our bodies are left behind. since i know i can not even possess myself..i never stress possessing anything else. in this way..i have joy all day and all night from within. the only time my joy is ever bothered..is when i see the selfish things people do!

What makes me really happy is that every time that I was able to wake up early in the morning and breathing since it means that I am still alive. I have another day to enjoy my self talking to my family and friends. So what really makes me happy is that I am aware for myself that I am alive and breathing.

what makes me happy is that whenever i see someone happy because of me...it's like i became an instrument for him/her to be happy...especially if it's about an almost broken relationship and then i was one of the persons who've helped and exerted effort for it to be resolved and be back to the way it was before...that makes me happy...and even small things like if someone is showing some care and appreciation in whatever i do...that would make me happy

I agree with you, it is the circumstance and situation that make one happy. You can be perfectly happy with one person in a particular situation and very happy the next time you are with that person in a different place. I is also true that a particular person or persons make you happy whatever the locale simply because you enjoy their company.Again being alone sometimes can give you bliss.Happiness is a state of mind, and changes from mood to mood and time to time.

my love and my boy friend. He is my life and he is my everything in my life and makes me happy forever and am so proud of that. my love makes me go mad and forget my worries and make me happy forever.

its my life and my love my heart my life my girl makes me happy forever. She is my everything in my life and we love each other madly and we will marry soon even though there is no support from our family. We are mad about each other and am so happy to get her in my life and am so lucky and am happy.
