I have heard and even seen that many of the mylot users copy the discussions form other similar sites. What should be done with them? WHAT punishment should be given to them. I want to just know Why so many people copy the discussions? Mylot is the site where apart from earning, we can improve our various skills such as speaking thinking and many more. How will mylot know abou them ?

well, as far as i know, if anyone comes across a discussion that's been plagiarized from another place, without providing references to the original author, we can report it to myLot via the '!' button..

I have see someone on the mylot started trap discussion and lured people to open and response.Yesterday I saw a discussion named Quitting,mylot,just to say goodbye(maybe this,I cannot remember clearly)and I was curious about the name and open it,it's just a trap and many people realized but also reponsed,the one started the discussion even admitted!So shameful!
The website I usually use copes with this thing via report and will delete the discussion and make punishment,or evict the serious offenders.But bad guys are just bad,they will sign up and do wrong again.I think this thing depends on every one on the mylot,if we can report every time the mylot will become more clean and enjoyable.

What has the discussion that you mention got to do with the topic in this discussion?
That discussion was not a 'trap' discussion. If you read it carefully and slowly you will see that the whole topic was pointing out that many users say they are leaving and start a discussion about it, when that is not their intention at all.
When you have been here longer and had time to become accustomed to titles and topics you will see that, just like a cover can sell of ruin a book, the title of a discussion is very important here too.
This topic is talking about plagiarism which is an offense and an entirely different matter.

Have you seen my response totally?I guess not.I have list the ways to deal with the plagiarism at the second paragraph,and I see that you have given the same answer as me,are you?
I just mentioned a similar thing which is also bad to the mylot as plagisrism,maybe I should not post here but to start a discussion of it.

Yes I saw your entire response but I can't understand why you think that the title on that disussion should be considered as 'bad' and worthy of reporting.
Many Lotters including me use an effective title when starting a new topic. As long as it relates to the topic itself then why is it 'bad'? 
If a discussion has an effective title which 'lures' many people to respond, then what is wrong with that. The user who starts the discussion does not increase their earnings because of those responses. Those who post them will earn for them and if they have an earning opportunity then that is good and not bad surely? The user who started the discussion can earn by commenting on them and if there are many then that is good too is it not?
Where is the similarity to plagiarism by adding an effective title?

MyLot has very strict rules regarding plgiarism 
No-one can think that they can come here and post the work of others by copying it from another site and pasting it here. That is an offense. When you see it happening then you should report it and myLot will remove the posts concerned and usually the offender too.
Here we earn for being original and those who plagiarise do not last long! They are cheating and in the lowest form of all too
