How often you cry?

Our mood and mind, now a days with all daylong materialistic commitments; hardly get any issue to be shocked and to feel bad. We all are too busy now a days. Despite viewing some sad episodes, we don't feel like to cry. I can remember, during my childhood i often cried even while seeing a movie. Life is so changed!

Hi, Borhan. I cried yesterday for no reasons at all. Maybe because of the sudden change of my hormones? Yesterday was another sad day for me. I don't know why i feel so lonely and alone and regret some episodes happened to my life. I regret those moments that i didn't do something for my self. I know I'm the who only controls my life either to be happy or sad but sometimes i can't avoid but to blame others and my self of not having what I've been longing for. Those longing of something that i cannot understand what and why... to much issues about my self that need to be solve. Crying sometimes makes me feel bad but most of the time it helps me to release all those unwanted feelings and emotions.
