how can i make people see my started discussions ?

people will share in discussions that interest them, make sure that you tag the important aspects of your discussion and then anyone searching will find it in the search engine. Have you got friends? Friends will be given notification when you place a discussion. The most important thing is to make good relevant, original and interesting discussions. Good luck

Now I think plenty have responded to this discussion. I also learned from their comments. I also have a problem on how to create a good discussion and title. I think all of us are still learning even those who are way way ahead of us. As of now I do not have a discussion that has no comments, the least is one but I do not feel discourage and make it as my stepping stones to make a good discussions. Let us try hard.

As a newbie, it is really quite hard to get your discussions to be noticed. The key here is to respond to other members discussions as much as you can. These members often times responds to your discussion as a thank you for your good response in their discussion. As you go on this site for the next months, your discussions will soon be noticed by other users.

Don't get worried too much with responses dear. As a newbie,you will really experience like that. Sometimes,the time timing give contribution with having responses. Some mylotters log in late night,and,since we live from different places and countries,the time zone makes it hard to do the time timings for mylotters to come online. Make friends,have friends,coz,it is our friends who receives first the notification from emails,to notify them that we started a discussion in mylot. Just keep posting and enjoy mylot

Titles and unique content draw me to comment on a discussion. If its the same old question I've answered in half a dozen discussions that day I'll likely not answer it. If its a new question, or the title is REALLY attention grabbing then I'll likely give it a peek. Keywords are important for people looking to discuss certain topics too. I'll more likely discuss a topic on reading than I would one on sports cars.

Hello friend you need some interesting point to make respond for any person on your topic and required right information about the which you right on the new discussion and try to add new and interesting point on your topic that means you can easily get respond on your topic day by day.

the sad/bad news is that mylot is not a usual forum site, wherein you can bump (for just posting anything ) to make your topic raise to top page again, so it is very important to make your topic interesting enough and tag properly to make it to the top discussion, else it will end up at the bottom. You can also add lots of friends (usually every friend you add can received a notification email on every topic you started)

Hi Chendaimi, People always respond to discussions which they feel like taking part in it or feel they can easily take part in discussion. So i feel that your discussions should be interesting and something which have not been started before. It is easier said than done and frankly speaking i have over the time found out that the most important reason why many people get so many responses is because they respond to lots and lots of discussions. I feel people usually respond to the discussions of those who have replied to their disucssions. So if ur new here i would advise you to add more people here and respond to other people discussions so you are known in mylot and then start your own discussions.

everytime you create your own post it will automatically posted in the interest where you choose with your post and all members can see it unless it was deleted by admin. if no one reply to your post its perhaps they are not that interested nor dont have any idea with it. you can also check your post by going to the interest and you will see it there.

when you start a discussion, it will always be shown up in the topic where you are. so there is impossible thta people dont see your discussion. the problem is whether your discussion is interesting or not. so people wont respond on your discussion if you create uninteresting topic.. I have a tips for you. i hope it will work. you must make a good title on the discussion you make. so people will open it and they will respond on your discussion... i guess you have many respond in this discussion :p

Hello! If you want to make your discussion popular you need to choose very interesting theme. You can not create discussion with question: How are you today? How old are you? I know sometimes people choose similar topic like this two and when people need to write descreaption they write only the same text as topic name and nothing more. But, you can choose interesting topic which people can write they response with more than 1 or two lines. Choose interesting topic in discreaption you can write some information about the topic tell about yourself. I recomended to you familiar with other people and you can make new friends. Comment your friend discussions and they do the same job.

well if your discussion get a lot's of responses then it will be automatically place in today's top discussion. If you always get 1 or 2 responses its not because people didn't see your discussion its only because your discussion didn't attract other people you need to more creative and more informative.
