I read in a magazine The 10 Best Weight-Loss Tips Ever and now I will show you what was written over there and ask you to either give me some other advice or comment on these:1. SNACK, BUT SMARTLY;2. TURN OFF THE TV when eating;3. STEP ON THE SCALE DAILY;4. SCULPT THREE TIMES A WEEK;5. REACH FOR YOUR CELL;6. EAT A BIG, BALANCED BREAKFAST;7. WATCH THE BOOZE;8. HAVE FRUIT TWICE A DAY;9. STAY ASLEEP LONGER;10. VISUALIZE YOURSELF THIN Do you manage to so these?

I don't manage to do them, neither do I care because some aren't eventually as good as others... Snack, but smartly? What is the use of snacks if you are on a diet anyways, drinking water would be way better (makes you full easier so u don't need anything else anymore). + Step on the scale is one of the worst things to do. Since you'll be upset if you would weigh more one day than another, which causes something to happen in your brain that you think more and more about food, making you hungry and makes you eat more... Stay asleep longer isn't a thing that makes you lose weight, it makes your body able to handle the pressure it endured, but that won't make you skinnier. Some people would be sleeping all day, think that works? Anyways diets are never good, since you get ON and OFF a diet, so no real worth of doing it.

It is not all about diets you have to love yourself whatever you are but if it comes to health and you have to change anything in your life what it would be?Don't you for example think that you need energy for your working day and energy may be supplied to you by your breakfast?

Breakfast isn't something you can change, since it can have a lot of the percentage of calories you should eat that day. So if it is no problem at all. You indeed have to love yourself, but that means you are fine with who you are and what you look like eh :) In the evening most people eat too many snacks, with lots of sugar, and thats what makes them not able to lose any weight

i think this is pretty effective... specially the snacks... i ate 5-6 times a day... but small portions.. i love popcorn... but i make my own... not the microwave popcorn nor the movie popcorn... i use canola oil and salt only... no butter... if i put butter i use the light ones... popcorn is good... high in fiber and it is an antioxidant too... try it!!! you'll feel full already...

I don't really know why it says to eat a big breakfast because 90% of diets have shakes that they want you to eat instead of eating breakfast, you only eat your evening meal, that is all. Yes fruits are good, but most people like me can't keep it in the house because the kids eat all of it. Never once do you even mention exercise, so come off it that list is so full of bull crap that its pitiful. Unless if that is what sculpt means, which most of us in the US think of sculpting as making statues.

It's point is that when you are interested in the film let's say you are watching you first don't think about the quantity of the food you eat and second as you like the film you eat your food with pleasure so that you may eat even a whole pot of something. :)

I can manage those and more, 10lbs in a month cool huh? i'm on a diet since i gained almost 30 lbs for the past 2 years, just last month i found out that my blood sugar also increases that freaked me out thats why i started to lose some weight and to go on diet, taking fruits every day, eating small frequent meals, having 20 mins cardio a day, drinking lots of water, attending aerobics classes 2 times a week. I'm feeling healthier and i'm so happy.

Hi rhinarea: I think I'll have to print this list with the 10 advices because they're really worth it and I think I should take care more about my own health because I only have one body and I'm young, I don't want to suffer a cardiac arrest or some medical problems because of my bad food habitudes. Hi mokka: I think these 10 are a list of good advices. Unfortunetly I'm not following them
1. The reason of this is that you won't feel so angry if you snack smartly
2. That's because if you're watching tv you don't pay attention to what you eat and you won't feel that you have eaten good enough. I do this sometimes
3. I used to do it but now I'm afraid of this.
4. I need tol be strong enough to do this
6. I think I'm doing this
8. Fruits are important but, because of my work I don't do this either
10. I try to do this all the time.

Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks, especially sodas. Hey all those colas and fizzy drinks are sweetened with sugar and sugar means calories. The more you can cut out on these sweetened bottle drinks, the better for you. So if you must drink sodas, then stick to diet sodas.
