Hi!
I have read a lot of positive information about the honey massage and its advantages. They say it tones loose skin, takes out toxins and makes skin look velvety and smooth. In written it all looks cool and effective, but what about reality? Had anybody done that by yourself or in spas or wellness centers, what are the exact recipes of honey you use, how much time did the whole course take and what were the final results?
Please share!
Today I'm having my third massage and I'm looking forward to seeing the results.

I've heard already about honey used as a part of the ingredients used in spas and massages. But a direct honey application, it may work but its sounds a bit funny...
But to think about it rationally, honey really does have a soothing, relaxing and ex foliating effect to a person's skin.
It can actually give the person more like the coolness of mint and the relaxing effect of an essential oil which can soften skin surface...
