well when i came back to the earning online scene, i usually try to finish all of my "task" before 12am but the time is getting stretched and now i usually sleep 5-6am in the morning. Well its ruining my biological clock and when i try to sleep before 12am i can't and usually i can sleep after a couple of hours in the bed turning and changing positions.
well i need to find a way to sleep in appropriate time because my real work is being affected.

This same thing's been happening to me a lot lately too. I can't bring myself to sleep earlier than 4 am and I'm usually waking up only at 12 or 1 in the afternoon. It's fine for now because I'm on holiday, but later when I have to get back to the normal routine of my life, then its going to be trouble. When this happened to me before, I found that if I stayed up all night one day, and went on with my day as usual, I could sleep earlier that night. It sounds like a really drastic measure, but I've found it to be really effective.

I usually stay up later than normal now that I discovered MyLot. Usually I went to bed no later than 10 PM. Now I go to bed around midnight. I'm so addicted to this place. I love it on MyLot.

I turn night to day when I don't work. I'm too tired to earn so I usually just read something whole night, chat or watch movies :D

I had that happen a few years ago. Now I try to limit the amount that I do to a few things each day.

It's a bad habit to get into, and even harder to break, I know , I have been there myself.
You really have to get back into a routine for the sake of your jobs both on and offline. The more tired you get the less effective you are at working.
Only way I found to break the late night, early morning routine was to have a complete break from online tasks, they dont earn me much money at all so it was not a hardship to do.
