I personally do not like flea markets but yes I well my husband has made money from them and it depends on what you sale some things will earn you a good profit others you probably wont earn a single thing. At this time of year I would probably sell things like watermelon.

I have made money at flea markets, and I have lost money. You must stick to your set price on certain items. People want to pay bottom dollar just like at a yard sale.If you stay at it long enough, and use the same flea market you will begin to recognize those who will buy, and those who will not! Don't waste much or any time on the ones who are just looking!

Making a profit is the last of your worries! Keeping your sanity and your temper will prove much more difficult. Customers who think they are experts and you are not selling quite exactly what they want, fellow traders who deem all your stock as junk, and collectors who already have everything you have and why don't you have the missing part? It would be funny if it wasn't happening to you! Really, there are better ways to loose your marbles.

my advice is to be organized. I went to a flea market today and didnt bother to even really look, i didnt want to dig through stuff to find something i liked, all it looked like to me was one big pile of junk since it was all just sitting there. Oh and nothing peeves me more then someone trying to sell their 15 year old, plastic toys, with dirt marks and broken pieces. Id much rather pay 20 dollars at the store for a new one then 8 bucks at the flea market for a broken one. It can be profitible, if the stuff you have to sell is worth while. So route through your stuff and think honestly what you think is interesting enough for somone to spend money on (Shiny jewlery always catches my eyes) and anything else you want to get rid of but dont honestly think people would wanna pick up, donate it

Hi Lilly I have not been to one in a long time but some people
really are into them and will seek them out and also buy too.
My hubby bought me the cutest little toy stuffed Koala bear tha
its sitting on my bureau where I can see it as I type. I have never
tried to sell anything at a flea market but the one we used to
go to always had a good crowd and they did do a lot of selling too.
All sorts of thing, old plates, old silvereare, arts and craft
things were really being bought. one lady made her own jewelery and she was really selling it too. so maybe you would do okay.
