How many times do you brush your teeth per day?

Mylotters, I have been wondering something. Some people brush their teeth three times per day while other people brush their teeth 4 times a day. I normally brush my teeth 1 to 4 times per day. Yes, I know this might sound like a varying number, but that's normal (at least for me). Nevertheless, this would be a good subject to talk about.
Did I mention that the recommended number of times that a person needs to brush per day is three? One after breakfast, another after lunch, and another after dinner.

I usually brush my teeth three times a day, but not during the right times I guess lol... I brush them right when I wake up, then I brush them after I eat breakfast but before going out, and then I brush them again right before bed.

I brush my teeth twice a day. Once a night before I go to bed and once in the morning when I wake up. Four times is a lot of times to brush your teeth! I can understand people only brushing their teeth at nighttime, but I find that a bit gross.

Hi, mlotta. I only will brush my teeth two times in a day. I always thought that the dentist recommended that we all brush our teeth two times in a day. It does make more sense to brush our teeth three times in a day. If I do so, I will use an sensitive toothpaste and I will I will brush my teeth gently.

I only brush my teeth twice, one in the morning and one in the evening. I only brush my teeth in the afternoon only when I am not busy. I believe three times a day is the maximum number to brush your teeth more than that is vain, sorry for the word used..lol
