Will taking a BSNL EVDO connection cause problems for me accessing Neobux?

I am considering on taking a BSNL EVDO unlimited internet connection. But i read in bsnlevdo forum that we won't be provided with a public IP and the connection would be through proxy which would be having a public ip. Now, according to Neobux TOS, i cannot log into my neobux account from shared network or proxy. If i do, then my account will get suspended. So, what do you think guys? Is there anyone who is using BSNL EVDO connection to access PTC sites?

I guess it is possible because neobux have been tracking the IP of their members. Though there are instances that you can't access the page though because of the connection settings. Anyway I am not so sure though, hope you can access your other earning sites.
