Some tips for starting:
-make sure there isn't any junk food in the house before you start
-start eating healthy on a saturday or sunday, it is harder to start an eating plan when you have to work on that day
-start on a new day, don't start half way into a day
-on your first day, or even week, make sure to drink a whole lot of water, this will reduce your cravings of wanting junk food
-stock up on a bunch of healthy food for the week, then start on a new week, that way you are well prepared, and will most likely eat the healthy food in your house than go out and buy junk
Good luck.

sometimes its not always best to cut everything out all at once. trying switching things. instead of soda/pop drink flavored water. try using whole wheat or whole grain pasta and bread instead of white. make your own frozen meals. if you feel like having chocolate opt for dark chocolate which is better than milk chocolate. and start to work out 10 mins a day. if you say im going to do 30 mins a day you will tire yourself out and give up. try these tips if you are trying to lose weight. and dont fry your food.

Drink a glass of water before you start the meal. Water naturally needs some space so that you feel fuller without actually having to stuff yourself.

I would ease yourself in to it if you find it difficult to start getting in to a routine to loose weight.
Start small and see what you can change one step at a time. That should mean that it wont be too difficult and you wont be tempted to go back to your old ways!
You could start with something like replacing your afternoon chocolate bar with a piece of fruit, you could do this for a few days and then change something else. Making sure your meals are of the correct portion size and that they contain enough vegetables is also important.
Exercising is also an important part of loosing weight but you need to find whats right for you. Can you afford to go to the gym or go swimming a couple of times a week? Could you work out with a friend for motivation? Exercising needs to be something you find at least half fun or you wont feel motivated to do it.Again I would say ease yourself in. Do a couple of thirty minute work outs a week and then increase the amount you do each week, the intensity and the length as you feel able.

I think you need to change the food you put inside your body. First need to know what you can eat, and what never eat or bring to your home. Second, you need to watch the amount you take in each meal. Third, you need to have tasty and nice to your eyes food, that you will not be hungry all the time, or feeling starving all the time.
Lettuce with fresh vegetable with each meal, is a must. Fruit my opinion, full with vitamins and gives you energy.
Well i think this will help for now.
Very Good Luck
