Will you happy if you work with non-efficient colleagues

One customer need us to pass the BSCI,but for a small factory, there are many paper work to "prepare" according to the BSCI, so last weekend,we went to the factory to help them to do this work although it should not be our work.
I'm an efficient person, so once i know what i should do, i do it immediately.When i finished i find my colleagues there just do little. Our work is the same. SO when i do the second one, i pay attention to watch them,someone just willfully do slowly, in that case, they can do less work!
I feel very angry but i'm not that kind person willfully do work slowly. I think efficiency is a habit, if you have the habit to do work slowly, you can't do other things well if you really want do that good.And most important, they are lost themselves, i don't want to be.

before begin the work ,make everyone clear their role and responsiblity in the team ,set deanline , plan ,target . I will do well with my task .if those people delay their work ,for the team work task i had to move to their parts.
At least ,when report to supervisor ,could clear the responsibility.

Hell no! If i will be working with those kinds of people theres no way that im going to enjoy my work at all let alone finish my work with efficiency. In most cases work are done in groups. Like you have to coordinate with each other in order to meet certain expectations or deadlines from your job now if you want to be able to meet with these standards because someone is always keeping you at bay then i think it wont be really good for you or for the company. I wont be able to stay in a work place where in my office mates are such. I might think of looking for another job or maybe telling the management of whats going on so that something will be done to avoid such actions of your co workers .
