I was in gradeschool then when I learned to invent different excuses that would send me out of our gate and make way to my newly found friends. Meet Tine, Joie and Don! They have been my playmates for years and have been my confederate when other children would tease me.. thanks to them! When I went to high school, I was looking forward of attending to their school, they're a year ahead to me actually. But my father sent me to different school. But that was not a big deal, we still see each other, exchanging different stories.
The same thing happened when I entered college.. I was sent to different university. This time, lesser time and meetings with them since my school's a 3-hour away from our place. Have to stay in a dormitory.
Last night, after years of not seeing each other, Joie, Tine and I went out for dinner and have this seemingly endless tittle tattle!! Oh, I miss them so much!!! As well as Don but he's in Manila now.. As we miss each other so much, we have decided that we would visit Don in Manila. The thing is, it's very expensive.. So we're looking for plane fare promos so we can fly to Manila! weeee!! I miss them! i love love love them!
The memories I have with them would never die. Indeed, Millay the author is right when she said that childhood is a kingdom where nobody dies.
With love,
attente

Yeah... I remember the days when i also had my childhood friends... but sad to say we all turned out to be separated from each other now.. not even a single communication where she is.
Then here comes high school, indeed during my high school days i really met good friends.
college days are not of that much adventure not like high school... i love to go back to those days when i can run as fast as a speeding dog. lol... unlike now, just staying in front of a computer most of the time... hahaha...

Yes it is good to remember our past childhood days. Sometimes, it makes you feel good and sad. But we need to live today and not in the past... and then build our future tomorrow
