who is responsible for putting in fluid when you barrow a car? the way i look at this is, before the owner lets someone barrow his car he should check the fluids and make sure they are all good and then when he lets the person barrow it its up to them to check and fill the fluid before giving the car back is this right i mean it makes sense to me

Hmm... Well, if someone did want to borrow my car, I'd probably check for oil and water and make sure the car is clean inside out. As for the fuel, whoever wants to borrow it must return it with the same amount of fuel and condition that I lent my car to. Doesn't have to be full-tank when I lend it though. They're borrowing it for free anyways. But still, I wouldn't probably lend my car. It's something I need to use everyday.
