Tell if I got your question right, you are confused whether or not you would work for a school or for a company? Am I right?
Anyway, I worked in a school before,as a teacher. Now, I working in a company. I can say that both are equally stressful. There's no stress-free work after all. I guess if required to think, being a teacher is easier than working in a company. You're lessons are mostly fixed. You learn additional stuff in your own pace. You walk a lot, talk a lot. There's a lot of emotional intelligence required though. You also have to be good with people. It's a really draining job.
Working in a company, forces you to think a lot. Think, re-think, propose, do, re-do, test, re-do, submit. It's mind numbing. Salary is really high compared to being a teacher.
It's both fun. I really enjoyed working in both environments. although, working in school usually means a low pay

when i graduated from university 2 years ago i choosed work in company .
if i could chose again and if i had the ability and skills ,i would prefer school without any trouble!
mainly because the financial crisis broke out in the year of 2008,jobs offered by companys were severely limited ,you could find large numbers of graduates unemployed.

I feel a little jealous to you because you have right to choose you work in school or company. In our country, finding a suitable job is too hard and many graduated students have to stay home.I don't think work in school is less pressure than work in company.Every area you want to achieve a good result have to do your best and sacrifice your spare time.On the other hand, teachers' duty is to teach students not only, but also on academic contribution and the development of entire teaching system. So I think the pressure is not the base of choosing job, your interest and the objective opportunity also should be carefully considered.

There are schools that will offer you the same pressure and challenge than working in a company. I'm referring to universities where you will have to do some research if you want to move up in your career. Some universities also offer higher pay than in a company. But what I don't want about working in a school is teaching. I hate teaching too many people at the same time. So I rather work in a company.

I hope it depends on your interest. If your interest to make your career as a teacher or education profile then teacher is a good job profile. It is right that if a Company give you more money. But company give you lot of pressure. One things is right if you handle lot more pressure then you can earn more money. I hope in teacher job profile have a opporsunity to make more money. My one good friend work as a faculty in a Hardware& Networking Center and also he establish a private coching center. So he earn per month atleast(minimum) 25 thousand(INR). So it depands on your interest. Till date i am work in a MNC Company. I work just one year and company paid me lot of money but they give me lot of pressure. I work minimum 9 hours in a day.

Work in school and company have their own advantages.
Work in school have below advantages. You have much time to play. There are 3 months to rest in one year. You can play with the classmate and enjoy yourself. And you can share your opinions with others.
Work in company have below advantages. You have more opportunity to develop yourself. And you can earn more money.

I think it is not good to choose only one either you go for school or company. Let me explain this in different cases/situations. First case is that if you are only studying, of course you have to give your full time to your school subjects and do really good in school. That should only be your priority if your parents or relatives can finance and support your education. Second case is that if you are done studying (let's say you have already graduated in college) of course you have to give as well your full effort in your work. Third case is that if you are a working student, you should give balance both on your work and studies. I was once a working student before when I was in fourth year college. I gave 60% importance to school and only 40% to work. I know money is important because I need it in order to go to school but education is more important for me ever since I was a kid. So there were times when I have decided to be absent at work but never did I skipped school. I can't find any single reason why I should be absent. I hate excuses myself when it comes to my school subjects so as long as the situation required me to be absent, then I do it. Good thing my schedule at school worked very well with my work schedules so I think I was only absent once at work.
In another perspective, I think we are really left with no reason to disobey our bosses unlike the fact that we can disobey our professors/teachers. Yes I agree with you that both are hard. It is hard to do homeworks at times, and it is also hard to work in a company especially if you are not happy and you are not really familiar with your job. I can only suggest what I feel and that is, we should not avoid education, we should accept it no matter how hard the school loads are. But we can always choose where to work so that we can find a work load that will be easy for us, if not make us happy and contented. Don't always go for high paying companies. Instead look for a company where you can find the kind of work you really like and will like you too.

If someone is working in a school then he will get holidays everytime the students are on holidays, he can give tuitions too after school, he can go along the students to various excursions, and a professor's life is much better than working in a company according to me though the salary can be a little more in the company.

Where i stay normally there is qualifying exam for school teachers.Like after graduation or post graduation they do the teachers training program and only then branch off into teaching. There are well qualified post graduates with outstanding career record who take up teaching.I feel both being a teacher and working in a company requires man management skills.Maybe working in a company is more stressful
than teaching. But teaching also requires tact and understanding the students.

Hi!
May be this is only personal opinion, but I can't say that school gives you less pressure than private company. In our country teachers even retire earlier, because of the constant psychological pressure. In the company, people you deal with (your clients and co-workers) are mostly grown-up reasonable people with consciousness. While in school children tend to lack the above-mentioned qualities, which makes work unbearable.
I'd chosen private company. Hope, my reasoning helps you make a final decision.

Hi meinana: In my case I think I would chose school as a work place over a company option simply because I love the Academic environment so I think that school gave me a lot of good memories. Even with that, never say never, probably I would try to work in a company as a second option. This depends on various factors: where do you feel more comfortable, how much money will you earn and how many oportunities you'll have in your job to get a promotion. Thanks for asking us this question. Have a nice day.

well I will choose what suit to my skill and the course I graduated. All job has its own pressure point not only in the office works. It's depend on how you handle the pressure.
I notice many of the teacher are to stress in teaching and also in offices jobs they are all also look stress I guess its up to a person how will they handle it and actually for me there is more pressure in school than in company because in school you don't have fix off hour because of lot's paper works to do and also you always encounter student that is so naughty, noisy and everything you imagine remember in school you will face all the different kind of personality and attitude of a human being.

That depends on what you want. But I'll give my personal point below.
If I were you, I would like to choose school. School is less pleasure, you can do what you like in your spare time. School is a good base for your improvment. If you're a good researcher, obviously school is a better choice. If you have some technology, you can start your own business based on your job in school. That's my father's way, another example is USTC iFLYTEK. Unless you are a good manager, I'll advise you company.
