How to make free calls?

Well, I know program where you can make free calls to around 40 countries like US, UK, China, Malaysia, etc... That program is called MediaRingTalk where you have to download a program, which is a messenger, and that's all, now you're ready to make calls to 40 countries free of cost. But I want to know that is there any program where I can make free calls to India, and Africa? Since at that program I can't call to those countries. If anyone know then please share it.
