When I have tensions at work then the only thing I do is to open my facebook and start a game and play it for some time to allow myself to get over the stress at work, it works for me. Play a game, try to relax, after that you will see you will feel less stress out.

I just take a short break every hour of work. 5 to 10 minutes is fine. I usually just browser the internet or listen to some relaxing music. My advise is when you don't feel like working then stop what you're doing then do some other things. Breathe. Relax. Close your eyes for a few moments. Breath again. Then try going back to what you're doing.

Breath in and out and then again,it does effect.Sometimes I will forget time especially busying with work and when my eyes felt uncomfortable then I noticed that I have not rest for a long time.I'll set alarm on cellphone next time,it's a good way to have a short break during the work.
