I don't see anything wrong with men using beauty products and going to the salon. Men also has skin and hair problems why not go to a salon or use beauty products to solve your problem. I think men are just scared to be seen in a salon because people might think they are not straight. I don't stereotype men I see in the salon and spa are not straight, I have observed that they are just vain like us women. They just want to look good.
I observed that some Asian men are also vain like the Koreans. The Korean men naturally have good skin but I think some of them also used a lot of beauty products. Nowadays sexuality is not an issue to vanity.

For years it was believed by some men that only women had to look pretty, that is women had to be a pleasing visual object for men. This is because many men tend to view attraction primarily through their visual senses, so many women started to wear their hair in different styles and put a premium on buying expensive dresses so as to parade around and snare the attention of a man, hopefully for conversation, courtship and then marriage.
This trend continues, but remember men have taken a great care to look attractive in the past and it is a good thing that men want to be pleasing to women. Furthermore, beauty products, such as moisturizer, are really just good for the skin. It behooves people to take care of their skin, particularly when they live in cities and can be around so much dirt when traveling about on their daily routines. It is important for men to take care of their skin and place an emphasis on grooming so as to remain healthy and live a pleasant life.

I do not have any qualms about men using beauty products, as long as it calls for their lifestyle or profession. But if a man uses beauty products because he is just being vain, Just let the women have that pleasure. Men can be vain in other ways.

There is nothing wrong with men using beauty products.
I like men who were aware with hygiene and also taking care of their body.
So,using beauty products, such as cream, lotions and going to salon is fine with me

I dont think its wrong for men to take special care for their face.I did use a couple of my sisters scrubs and facials before lol but i rarely go for them until and unless there is any special party going on.however i do apply moisturizing creams when my skin dries up in winters.great day.

I think that must be RECOMMENDED to prevent the body odor and to help being neat on their body. I don't see something wrong about it whereas it is actually a MUST. But of course it is gonna be awkward to know that they are using make up already especially lipstick, eyeshadows, blush on and so on unless if they are going to have pictorials or they are celebrities that they will be in front of camera lens all the time.

hi there.
i personally think that using beauty products doesn't really limit men in using them. beauty products mostly are for skin. and our skin is our protective layer. the health of the skin says a lot. i even agree and would like to promote the use of beauty products to men, for skin health reasons and beauty itself. ;-)

I don't see anything wrong with that. It's okay for them to take care of their own appearances. We were brainwashed with concepts like man shouldn't be fussy with such thing and going to salon is only for woman. It's time for us to change that kind of thinking.

I don't mind men using beauty products to make themselves have that clean look - that's fine!! But I will say I don't like men who use foundation! I have known a couple men who did that and it really looked unnatural on them. And for whatever reason I don't like it when men overly pluck their eyebrows either.

There was an old saying about if you don't look good, then you won't feel good. So looking good is the first step to making you feel good about yourself.
Actually a man that take pride in the way he looks will go much further in the world, so if using beauty prodcuts is part of this then all the better for him.

you know, why men are using beauty products.
Because now girls also started looking towards boys in a different ways.
They wanted boys with good hairstyle, shaved chest, good body structure.
this because of our heros like Salman, John.
Now, boys also started using some products for fulfilling girls demand.

I see no problem with it, I use lotion when my skin gets dry. I probably should use it more often so it doesn't get dry at all really. I don't see what the issue is, should men just not take care of themselves? When it goes to the salon and such, again it's a group of men who want to do that, it's not hurting anyone. So I believe it's perfectly fine for everyone involved.
