help pls .....i got a speeding ticket

Hi mylot users, hopw you all doing fine so far I recently got a speeding ticket ,2 miles from where I live for speeding 27mph above 25 I own a 1997 Nissan Sentra . my car can't even speed up that much on that distance. I explained to the officer that I changed the oil & I heard the engine ratteling so I started speeding up . I was in shock to recieve my ticket explaining that I drove up to 52mph and the fine were $185 That's my fi1rst time in 7 years I can't afford my insurance going up for the next 3 years any advice?

Unfortunately you can't really do a lot... If the law says you've got to pay, you've got to pay... You could not pay it.. but then you'll have more to worry about then paying the fine. I think your really unlucky to get the fine, and the insurance... double unlucky, only thing you could do is talk to the insurance company... thats about it really...
