Life's toughest battles...........

Thankfully I'm not really in a place in my life right now where I feel like I have a lot of heavy burdens to deal with. Money is always an issue for all of us, but considering that our family is in a much better place fiancially than we were this time last year, it really isn't something that is burdening me heavily. For me, the toughest thing that I have to deal with is time. It seems like there is never enough time for me to accomplish everything that I would like to get done.

Facing a divorce and the fact that my husbands behavior is just not rational or reasonable and that, despite his promises of cooperation, that is not what I'm going to get.

For me it is my upbringing and the relationship I have with my parents. They were very abusive toward my sister and I especially my mother, they are the kind of people who should not ever have had children, they are both damaged individuals and they have taken their dysfunctions out on my sister and me. I have been re building my self esteem during the last few years and I can look forward to the future and leave my childhood behind but there are times that I feel extremely angry at my mother and it is difficult to know what to do with that anger. Money is still number one concern but, as you said, if that was not an issue my parents would have to be the my toughest issue.

If money were no issue, then it would be the things that money can't solve. Such as approaching strangers just to say hi, and improving my family relationships. I think that is about all, however those are two very big things, and I am always working on them.
