Do people really want to earn extra cash????

I was browsing mylots to see how I could make some extra cash besides posting discussions or responding to the thousands that are posted and I came across the task section and saw that some tasks have a high payment compared to what we get paid when we post or reply to a discussion. So,I decided to do a little experiment of my own and pay 15 cents to the people that sign up for a free account where they can also get paid $1 just to read an article and no one seem to respond. So that made me wonder,do people really want to earn extra cash without doing anything?I constantly hear people complaining that they need more money to this or do that,or that they were scammed out of hundreds of dollars for a "supposed bullet-proof get rich quick scheme,"but when they have the opportunity to do something about it without investing one penny just doing a bit of work they run for the hills...do we honestly think that we are going to get millions just sitting and complaining???
