Would you wait for a great deal offer by a restaurant?

As a recent survey, not many people willing to go out to dine, due to the cost of many factors. It would be economic to cook at home, and save all that costs in order to dine in the restaurant. For me, if there is a favorite restaurant of mine, and it offers a great deal, like buy one meal and get the second one free, or a combo package option. I might consider going out to dine. Also, with excellent service, I would place an good tip too. How often would you like to dine out?
