What's the most difficult hunt to do?

I am doing my hunts, I didn't finish all of them yet. But the most difficult for me until now was the White Chocobo.
Which monster do you think is mor difficult to hunt?

For me the Turtle in Giza plain was hardest the last time I played FFXII. But after all my save data got deleted the Giza plains cockatrice and her children gave me a good beating but now I can probably beat the living daylight out of them lol.
I will start hunts as well lets keep in touch ^^
